Dishing up local THE DRAKE DEVONSHIRE INN, PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY
Posted by in UncategorizedThe latest from the Drake team (CEO Jeff Stober (Drake Hotel and Drake One Fifty Toronto), chef Matt DeMille and innkeepers Chris and Jessica Loane), the new “Drake by the lake” in Wellington, on the shores of Lake Ontario, is a modern take on a classic inn, housed in what was originally a 19th century foundry building.
In celebration of seasonal eating, locally inspired and sourced ingredients, and fun Drake twists on classic dishes, DeMille has created a highly original farm-and lake-to-table menu with Drake favourites alongside new Devonshire dishes, with celebrated County (and international) wines, and spirits and cocktails.
